We have some important news!

The Future of Procurement in the North.
We’re excited to announce that on 1st April 2025, CPC will become the Northern Procurement Alliance (NPA). This decisive change marks LHCPG’s whole-hearted commitment to our mission of becoming the procurement services provider of choice in the North of England.

The Future is NPA...
This momentous change means far more than a simple change of name and refreshed brand identity. Now exclusively serving the North East, North West and Yorkshire & Humberside, NPA will mirror the successes of LHCPG’s regional procurement models through out the UK ensuring that the North of England benefits from tailored, community-driven procurement solutions.
NPA’s growing, and regionally dedicated team will be committed to delivering a best in sector and region service, providing easy access to LHCPG’s comprehensive range of innovative and market leading frameworks, procurement expertise and unrivalled technical support. And under our recently restructured Community Benefit Fund model we will be working closely with our clients and appointed companies to deliver even greater social impacts in the local communities in which they work.
The Future is Gold Standard...
In November 2024, LHCPG achieved Gold Standard status for the Constructing the Gold Standard Verification Scheme verified by Constructing Excellence. We are one of only six framework providers out of more than 2,000 to reach this standard, and the only one to implement it nationwide across five regions.
Endorsed by the UK government and rooted in the Construction Playbook recommendations, we met the requirements of 24 rigorous recommendations confirming that our clients’ experience enhanced project support, focused community impact, improved collaboration across supply chains and long-term cost savings, all underpinned by best practices in transparency, sustainability and social value.

The Future is Framework Innovation...
As recently demonstrated by the launch of our Retrofit & Decarbonisation (N9) framework, the most comprehensive and innovative framework of its kind in the marketplace, we are leading the way in developing frameworks that are market responsive, easy-to-use, and fully compliant. It is this approach that sets us apart and enables us to provide effective and flexible solutions for clients in all sectors and of all sizes. NPA will be working closely with our Northern clients and appointed companies to fully understand their needs and challenges to inform the creation of further innovative frameworks.
The Future is Lasting Social Impact
As a not-for-profit organisation, our ultimate mission is to improve the lives, places and local communities, in which our clients and appointed companies work. We have now transitioned from client rebates to a Community Benefit Fund model. This means that, along with our clients and appointed companies, we will be able to contribute to delivering greater, measurable social impacts that address critical social needs. NPA will be at the forefront of these initiatives in the North of England.

Come and See Us
To mark the launch of NPA, we are attending a number of national and regional events throughout the year. If you’re attending any of the events below, we’d love to meet you and tell you about NPA and everything that’s happening.
